Grocery day

I went to church aka St Monica's church today! Somehow, going to a catholic church ANYWHERE in this planet, makes me home. I feel home~ The only good thing is that I do not need to crai over the bad english from Father so and so. Oops, and I don't have to see DAISY Tan ever~

Alrighty, after that, I went to the Richmond Marketplace. THE MOST HAPPENING PLACE around, since.. ah it's a tiny town so they don't have 100 story buildings. I bought.. let's see here.

Vegetables aka Choysum bb, lettuce thingum, carrots and frozen spinach.
Fruits aka Lemon (for the microwave hurrrr) and tomatoes
Meat aka Chicken tenderloin and ham!
Carbs aka cookies(munchies), chips (erm for a tiny snack?), ramen
Random stuff aka Chicken stock in cube form, nutmeg powder
Drinks aka Pepsi light, that costs 99 Cents 8DDD
Dairy product aka Yougurt and Milk(so.. tasty)

I spent, in total, 40 aud on ALL this. I thought it's pretty awesome, for a week supply of food. I mean I still have rice and pasta... =D

In order, to let the Singaporeans in Singapore feel more gratitude about the transport and all that....

It takes 40 minutes to walk to the supermarket. I ain't joking. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the station, aka East Richmond, and then another 5? to Richmond station where everything is happening.

To get there, I have to fight the RAGING SUN and sometimes STUPID bugs that like to fly around my face. PLEASE DON'T DISTURB MEEE.

Ah, and the trains, sometimes they take half an hour to depart from the station, and sometimes you gotta wait for a long time to get on the train. Cost wise, it's 20AUD to get to the airport. One day.

Do you feel that 2 dollars from Pasir Ris to Boon Lay, is actually kinda cheap? Why did I complain about the 10 min walk to Pasir Ris Station. Boohoo.

But on the bright side, the weather is pretty chilly for a walk. It's nice but I can't stand it. Sometimes, it's like Singapore all over again, but there are times it's like... 21 degrees. What is this, I don't even-

Oh well, I do feel homesick and life sucks even more w/o the internet in my room. WHY UWS, WHY? It's alright. I shall STRIVE ON AND WORK HARD! School will start on the 1st of March so I'll meet more people, more lovely animals and .. more bugs.

(I was really esctatic when the orientation itself, they brought us to the reptile house. Omg there are 100000000000000000000000000000 snakes there *O* TP, you're a horror in my eye. Really)
